• In case of cheques:
A photo copy or curbon copy of the cheque or chashier's cheque with the seller as the payee, duly stamped by the bank.
A hard copy of the buyer's bank statement indicating Payment of funds to the seller`s account.

• In case of payments by demand drafts/Pay Orders/Banker's Cheque:
A photo copy of demand drafts/Pay Orders/Banker's Cheque drawn in the seller's name or the reciept of the demand draft.
A bank statement or letter from the bank indicating issue of Draft / Pay Order/ Banker's cheque.

• In case of Credit Card/Online Bank Transfer through PayPal:
Statement of your credit card or bank transfer document.

• In case of payments by Cash on Delivery through a courier company:
Proof of delivering cash by the courier company to the address of the seller.


Buyer Protection processing may be denied or delayed without required information.

Kindly note that all the above documents are required for the processing of your complaint. Send your Buyer protection documents within 45 days of lodging the problem.
